Shanghai, China, October 8, 2024- InnoStar (Stock code: 688710)recently announced that InnoStar Shanghai (HQ) and subsidiary company, InnoStar Nantong, have received the Certificate of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance from an Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) member country. The certification includes analytical and clinical chemistry, toxicity studies, metabolism and toxico-/pharmacokinetics, safety pharmacology testing and mutagenicity studies. The certificate acknowledges company’s Shanghai stie and Nantong site are both operating in compliance with OECD Principles of GLP.

The GLP inspection was conducted by a senior GLP inspection team from the Hungarian National Center for Public Health and Medicine (NNGYK) at both InnoStar GLP-certified laboratories in Shanghai and Nantong from May 6th to 14th, 2024. After a thorough audit of the facilities, the inspection team fully acknowledged and confirmed that both facilities are operating in full compliance with OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice.

This achievement marks the fifth successful OECD GLP inspection for InnoStar Shanghai (HQ) and the first for InnoStar Nantong. It underscores InnoStar’s quality management system meets the regulatory requirements of various national and international authorities, including US FDA, and received the GLP certification form the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), OECD GLP certification from the Hungarian GLP monitoring authority, AAALAC certification, and CAP certification from the College of American Pathologists (CAP). This certification marks a significant milestone in InnoStar’s ongoing commitment to providing industry-leading international services to global pharmaceutical companies and research institutions for new drug research and development.
