In the morning of February 1st, "the first round signing and groundbreaking ceremony of major science & technology industrial and supporting projects in 2023" was held in Pudong New Area with the theme of "Taking the Lead, Fighting for Speed and Breaking New Ground". As a major project of Pudong New Area science & technology industry in 2023, "InnoStar's Headquarters and Innovation Transformation Center" attended the first round signing ceremony.

The project of"InnoStar"s headquarters and innovation transformation center" has been launched, and it is planned to construct a research headquarters building, non-clinical laboratories, animal facilities buildings and a clinical analysis and translational research center. After its completion, the project will help InnoStar consolidate its existing core business by maintaining the continuous growth of services on non-clinical safety evaluation, non-clinical pharmacokinetics and non-clinical pharmacodynamics. In addition, the project will accelerate the establishment of InnoStar's existing technical platforms and strengthen its clinical bioanalysis and translational research capabilities in response to the rapid growth of research and development of innovative drugs globally, while supporting InnoStar to explore new services, build new technical platforms, and continuously promote its scientific level and quality to maintain its leading position in the CRO industry in China.

On the day of the ceremony, 87 other major science & technology industrial projects were signed together with "InnoStar's Headquarters and Innovation Transformation Center", with a total investment of approximately RMB 34.1 billion.
