During the two-day online review, CAP's senior experts (Dr. C Robert Baisden and Dr. Dongsheng Xu) conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the laboratories of the Department of Clinical Pathology in strict accordance with the CAP Checklists including Director Assessment, Laboratory General, All Common, Limited Service, Hematology and Coagulation, Flow Cytometry, etc., with the inspection areas covering quality management system, personnel management and training, test method verification and validation, sample testing process and quality control, test cycle management, instrument and equipment management, reagent and consumables acceptance, laboratory safety management, laboratory information system, data security and information confidentiality, managers' responsibilities, etc.
